At iStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Return

Log into your iStore account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship the Device

Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
